Tittle: Daughter of Smoke and Bone Series: Daughter of Smoke and Bone #1 Author: Laini Taylor Genre: YA, fiction, fantasy, paranormal, angels, demons, magic, romance Pages: 418 Publisher: Hodder Format: Massive Paperback Time to read it: 8 days Language: English Rating: 4/5             “Daughter of Smoke and Bone” is a fantasy novel, the first in a trilogy, written by Laini Taylor. I founded this book at the airport last year and bought it right away since I have heard nothing but god things about it on booktube. I started it but I didn’t get into it and put it aside. Last month I decided to bring it with me to the beach, as it was the perfect small paperback you can take everywhere.             Karou has always lived to separate lives. On one hand she was an art student living in Prague, on the other hand she worked making errands for Brimstone,...

AUGUST WrapUp / SEPTEMBER Tbr

Hello everyone! We are already a bit into the month but I thought I could start the month with my last month Wrap Up; there has been months since I’ve done one but I want to blog more and I am more familiar with this kind of posts, as well as, reviews; and that’s what I am going to start doing. As for August I can consider it a good reading month specially if we consider how little I’ve been reading this year. I read a total of six books and almost a half of another one.     -         “Fallen too Far” by Abby Glines: It wasn’t a bad neither a good read, kind of too stereotypical -       “Fangirl” by Rainbow Rowell: This was a really good book I really enjoyed, and I thought it was really cute and nice, however I didn’t connect with the story as much as I was expecting -       “Heartless” by Sara Shepard: Fantastic book from the  Pretty Little Liars series     -     ...

BODY IMAGE

I haven't blogging for the longest time, and I know that somehow I feel better when I do, because is a thing I am doing for myself and not because I feel I have to… I am not going to say I am blogging every day neither I am going to post more often, cause I don't know. June has been a bit rough for me… I had had many bad days, and I know what my main problem is: Body Image    Cambria from Breelovesbeauty on Youtube, inspired me to write this post. Since I found her channel she has been always been an inspiration, and lately she posted a video on her vlog channel, Breelovesvlogs , talking about this topic. I have never had what we could call a "positive body image" I think it started less as a body image but it moves towards it. I haven't ever been a popular girl, I was always the friend who followed others. I was friends with we could actually call the popular girls, but I was never noticed. Sometimes, when I think about it, I feel those girls I c...

I also read Cinder by Marissa Meyer, Of Poseidon by Anna Banks and lastly Bared to you by Sylvia Day.  Wait to know what I think about them in my reviews. As for April's TBR I decided to go for sequels this month, or second books in a series. And here are some of my options: YA:     Alera by Cayla Kluver     Insurgent by Veronica Roth     Beautiful Darkness by Kami Garcia & Margaret Stoll     Scarlet by Marissa Meyer     Dare You To by Katy McGary     Of Triton by Anna Banks Adult:    ...
