“Untold” is the second book in the “Lynburn legacy” written by Sarah Rees Brenan. The series is set in a small town in England, which as any old town has its own popular tales and legends. The particular thing about this one is that those legends and tells are true.
Robert Lynburn wants to rule Sorry-in-the-Vale; he is ready to take the town over and went back to the old manners. However, Kami is not willing to let him do it and she will recruit anyone who would want to in order to save her town. Nonetheless, she might have to do things she did not want to in order to succeed.
“Untold” was a fantastic book. The way Sarah Rees Brenan traps you into the story and makes you feel what the Kami is feeling is fabulous. The characters in these books are in continuous development, and they earn, as the book progresses a space in your heart. The plot as I said was captivating and I could not wait a second to start the last book in the trilogy as I finished with this one.

Overall, it was a terrific book I cannot recommend it enough. You should read it.

October Wrap Up - November TBR

Hello again everyone, Today starts a new month and that means that it is time to wrap up the previous month and set this month's TBR. Last month I set an ambitious TBR which I was unable to complete entirely, but I did manage to get a lot read which makes me kind of happy. As I also said on the previous month's post I was going to center this past month's TBR on the "Sweep/ Wicca" series by Cate Tiernan, and that is what I did. I managed to finish the sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, and get thought half of the eleventh. I have enjoyed most of this books, however the last two, Seeker and Origins, change the point of view and I have not been able to click with them as I was able to so with the other ones. As for the November TBR, I want to still finish this series, reading the twelfth, thirteenth, fourteenth and sixteenth books in the series, Eclipse, Reckoning, Full Circle and Night Child. Appart from that, I want to keep finishing s...

Ruby Red book to movie adaptation

“Rubinrot” is the title of the movie adaptation from the book Ruby Red, which was released in 2013.   The movie has been translated to different languages including English as well as Spanish. The sequel was released in 2014, and the last in the series is expected to be released in 2016. As the book the movie follows Gwendolyn Shepperd, a regular 16-year-old girl who is tired of her family secrets. She will discover them all the moment she discover she carries a rare gene which allows her to travel back in time. Everyone was expecting her cousin to inherit the gene; however, she was the lucky one. She will have to face the order of the count of St. Germain, who have the mission to complete the chronograph, an instrument which allow the travelers to choose the date to which they will travel. The movie was actually an entertaining and fun movie, which I enjoyed a lot. It really transmitted the mysterious feeling of the books, giving it a fun tone, which I enjoyed. I think ...
