Vicious is the last book in the “Pretty Little Liars” series written by Sara Shepard. The series was turned into a hit TV series the follows the same plot. Four friends in Rosewood, Philadelphia, start being stalked after the dead body of her friend Alison Dilaurentis is founded after being disappeared for quite some time.

Alison set them the ultimate trap and now they are about to go to jail. There is no way out of it and most of the girls are actually tired of fighting Ali’s ghost. They know that they have been framed nonetheless is not possible to prove it and no one is believing in them.

Vicious was really good from the beginning because one thing these four girls cannot do is stay put, of course they had to go find Ali, or at very least trying. Emily has suffered a turn especially in these last two books; Ali has been hard on everyone but specially with her. Ali thought Emily truly loved her but when she did not say it to her Ali had somehow killed her girlfriend and now she does not have anything to loose. Noel being back with Aria, somehow seem suspicious, I am probably finding hard to trust him because of the TV series and I know they do not have anything in common except the first part of the series, however he has lied to many times I cannot trust him, even when I want Aria to be happy in the end. Spencer shows her obsessive-compulsive personality and confronts jail in a really weird way. As for Hanna, she seemed more worried about her film ex-partners not talking to her than the fact that she is about to go to prison.
I cannot say much about this book without giving up what happens, and I think this book was full of surprising moments that should remind hidden. The only thing bad I am going to say is that I somehow predicted who was going to save the day. Apart from that, I was really happy with this conclusion to a fantastic series.

To sum up, Vicious and the Pretty Little Liars series overall was a fantastic series that kept me over the edge at points even creeping me out a little bit. However, as well as the TV series it was a fantastic experience I think everyone who loves the genre would enjoy.

October Wrap Up - November TBR

Hello again everyone, Today starts a new month and that means that it is time to wrap up the previous month and set this month's TBR. Last month I set an ambitious TBR which I was unable to complete entirely, but I did manage to get a lot read which makes me kind of happy. As I also said on the previous month's post I was going to center this past month's TBR on the "Sweep/ Wicca" series by Cate Tiernan, and that is what I did. I managed to finish the sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, and get thought half of the eleventh. I have enjoyed most of this books, however the last two, Seeker and Origins, change the point of view and I have not been able to click with them as I was able to so with the other ones. As for the November TBR, I want to still finish this series, reading the twelfth, thirteenth, fourteenth and sixteenth books in the series, Eclipse, Reckoning, Full Circle and Night Child. Appart from that, I want to keep finishing s...

Ruby Red book to movie adaptation

“Rubinrot” is the title of the movie adaptation from the book Ruby Red, which was released in 2013.   The movie has been translated to different languages including English as well as Spanish. The sequel was released in 2014, and the last in the series is expected to be released in 2016. As the book the movie follows Gwendolyn Shepperd, a regular 16-year-old girl who is tired of her family secrets. She will discover them all the moment she discover she carries a rare gene which allows her to travel back in time. Everyone was expecting her cousin to inherit the gene; however, she was the lucky one. She will have to face the order of the count of St. Germain, who have the mission to complete the chronograph, an instrument which allow the travelers to choose the date to which they will travel. The movie was actually an entertaining and fun movie, which I enjoyed a lot. It really transmitted the mysterious feeling of the books, giving it a fun tone, which I enjoyed. I think ...
