OCTOBER WrapUp


October is over. It means it is time to look back and see how was this month, in reading terms. October was a crazy month, in most aspects. It wasn't a particularly good moth in terms of reading. When October started I first wanted to read some Halloween related books, however, as I had quite a few unfinished books, I decided to try to finish the ones I had started.
I did manage to finish "A Game of Thrones" by George RR Martin. This was a really good book, despite its length. I gave it 4 out of 5. And I really recommend to give it unless a try.

I also get through "Captive in the Dark". Although it wasn't a long book, it took me a while to finish this book. It was that difficult for me because I didn't like this book at all. I think it was tedious, also, I couldn't relate to the characters of the book. I just gave it 2 stars. Moreover, I don’t recommend this book at all. It is the first in a series that I don’t think I will continue.

October Wrap Up - November TBR

Hello again everyone, Today starts a new month and that means that it is time to wrap up the previous month and set this month's TBR. Last month I set an ambitious TBR which I was unable to complete entirely, but I did manage to get a lot read which makes me kind of happy. As I also said on the previous month's post I was going to center this past month's TBR on the "Sweep/ Wicca" series by Cate Tiernan, and that is what I did. I managed to finish the sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, and get thought half of the eleventh. I have enjoyed most of this books, however the last two, Seeker and Origins, change the point of view and I have not been able to click with them as I was able to so with the other ones. As for the November TBR, I want to still finish this series, reading the twelfth, thirteenth, fourteenth and sixteenth books in the series, Eclipse, Reckoning, Full Circle and Night Child.
