“La Primera Maldición” is the last book in the Fallen series written by Lauren Kate. The series follows Luce as she is sent to a mysterious school where the things that made her think she was crazy start making sense.

After seeing most of her past lives the only thing left to know is how everything started, however, the most important thing now is to find a way to destroy Lucifer’s plans to start over and bring back the fallen. In order to do that they have to find three important objects and perform a ritual that will bring them back to that specific moment.

“La Primera Maldición” wasn’t a bad book however; I was expecting a lot more of the story about Lucinda and Daniel. The book was easy to read and actually quite entertaining, nonetheless, I cannot consider it as a great book. There were times towards the ending that it felt tedious and repetitive, and at the very ending it was disappointing.

Taking everything into account, the Fallen series is not a series I will recommend, since I have read better series about Angels.
