“Spellbound” is
the sixth book in the “Wicca/Sweep” series, a series that follows Morgan as she
finds out about the existence of magik and her relationship with it. She
discovers a new part of her life that threatens with run over everything else.
Morgan and Hunter
are getting closer since Cal disappeared, however his shadow seems cast upon
them. She knows that if Cal ever comes back, he and Hunter will confront each
other, it is not only something that Hunter wants but part of his job as
Seeker. Also since Cal has been gone they decided to unite the two circles.
However, Cal might not be as far as they think he is.
“Spellbound” was
a really god book, however since it has been a long time since I read the fifth
book it was a little tough to get into the story. I really like this series and
how little by little Morgan and her friends develop themselves. It is a series
about Morgan’s journey into magik and how it changes her life at the same time
that she is a teenager that must change and became an adult. I think the plot
twist was quite predictable in this book but I did not see the ending coming,
which is a good thing.
To sum up,
Spellbound was a good book in a recommended series about witches and magick.
