“Toxic”
is the second to last book in the “Pretty Little Liars” series by Sara Shepard.
The series, which as well as the ABC family TV series, follows four friends:
Aria, Emily, Spencer and Hanna, who start being stalked after their disappeared
friend’s body is founded. This stalker seems to know every detail of their
lives and is willing to let their secrets free.
“Toxic”
was a weird book. The girls know that Ali is still out there even if nobody
believes them. However their lives seem to be going really well and they seem
to be getting everything they want. I think the fact that A is missing a great
part of the book make me hard to get into the book as much as I was able to get
into the previous books the series. However once Ali started appearing it
became much more interesting, with an ending I was not expecting at all. What I
really liked a bout this book was that even when Ali was not around she was
still very present for the girls, they saw her everywhere.
To sum
up, I would really recommend this series. It is an amazing book series
thrilling, intriguing and amazing.
