The water biannual bibliothon ended yesterday, and although I was unable to complete my TBR I feel happy about my reading, since I have read more than what I usually I am capable of doing in a week.
I completed "Iluminae" by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff; this was really fast paced, interesting and amazing book. With this book I completed two challenges; the "throwback challenge", from which I choose to read a book over 300 pages, as well as, the "book tuber recommends" challenge.
Yesterday I was able to complete "Don't Touch" by Rachel M.Wilson. Another book I really loved. This book was one of those books I have been eying since it came out but never got around to reading. However it was also a diverse book, since it dealt with mental illness and trauma in teenagers, these was actually what made the book a really interesting and compelling read.
I was not able to read Heartless and I have just like 30 min left from the group book, "Stalking Jack the ripper" since I have been listening to it on audio format. However I am really pleased with this result since I have never listen to an audio book before and I have really enjoyed it so far. I hope to finish it today so I can see the discussion on the book.
Thanks for reading,
